COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1770-XG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Exor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intelligent-Instrumentation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Exor such as the M10V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CTM200G00 manufactured by Intelligent-Instrumentation and we are pleased to be able to service most Intelligent-Instrumentation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AIG32TQ02D by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NT10SSF121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 6171MX5 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FX20DUE made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 6AV66410BA110AX1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGP3750T1AF by Proface and 6171MX5 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SE70318EF841JC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
